How to get there?
Oslo can be reached by all sorts of travel: Air, railway, boat, car. The organizers will come up with recommended sustainable ways of travel.
Cost?
Fees for ISHPES conferences the last years have been between 250 – 340 Euros for members. We will attempt similar fees. The fee will include admission to all sessions, congress materials, welcome reception, all coffee breaks and closing ceremony. We also aim to include discounted lunch packages, guided tour of the city and free public transportation for the duration of the Congress.
Accommodation:
As you have seen in the welcome video, we will provide accommodation offers in most price ranges and comforts, ranging from tents/lavoos on the lawn 20 meters from the conference venue (with access to all facilities and internet) – to medium range hotels along the local subway line (8 minutes) to more upscale hotels in the city center (15 minutes).
We ask for your understanding that information and prices at the
moment and in the present situation will have to be preliminary and
rough estimates. However, we will do our best to keep your expenses
low and the quality and benefits at a high level.
